- From micronutrients to enzymes.

Starting 2007 with inorganic micronutrients, since 2013 I have introduced to the Italian market products based mainly on chelate ingredients. A milestone for the Anaerobic Digestion.

Every group of Bacteria and Archea in AD have special needs for highly bioavailable macro- and micronutrients. Changes or increases of microorganism has to be supplied with everything that they need to avoid growth limiting lacks: From easy digestible carbon to zeolite to prevent ammonia inhibition or zinc excess.
Best Available Technologies BAT (or Products) is translated by Eta GaS in a Second Generation Chelate based TAILOR-MADE product line for micronutrients integration.

Main Concepts
- After discussing macro – and micronutrients results together with the costumer a standard product or tailor made (adapted to the biological and economic situation) compound is chosen.
- The lowest possible integration for the highest biogas yield.
- Single dosage from one to three weeks = labour cost reduction. No need for automatic dosing station.

- Integration for a thermophile Plug Flow Waste Biomethane plant. Micronutrients, zeolite and iron hydroxide!
- Supplying 1 MW biogas plants BP with more than 80% sugar beet press pulp: Micronutrients and phosphorous!
- Developing micronutrients for BP with orange peels, cow and poultry manure. 4.8 MW!
