2007 first of all use of micronutrients in AD (Anaerobic Digestion) in Italy.

Internship in Sweden – Goats breeding and cheese production by a small national leading farm.

Degree in Agricultural Science in Florence/Italy (in Italian as second language) with specialization in Animal Nutrition (thesis: comparison of computer-based feeding programs for dairy cows).

After an ordinary life growing up on a small dairy farm and experiencing country side living.
